Healing Messages 1.228 – Light is my connection with the Divine
Inner listening is how I receive light.
Light comes to me as a single, persistent idea.
In a space of creative ecstasy, sometimes light comes to me as a flood of ideas.
I always hurry to write them down in order to honor the Universe Which Sends Them To Me.
I am honored to have this connection with the Divine.
It is something I have cultivated since I was a young child.
In times of darkness, I have always been able to receive creative ideas.
They interrupted my depression and anxiety and allowed me to continue to function in society.
After learning how to redirect and rewrite my life, creative ideas are my daily diet.
I share them daily through my blog, www.inspired-practices.com .
I feel the blessings of creative ideas all day long and I am learning how to share them more widely.
That way the uplifting feeling I receive can go out around me and affect others.
Instead of the despair and depression from my childhood, I now have infinite resources of light and happiness.
It is wonderful coming into a divine legacy.
It is wonderful to share it widely.
That is my invitation to you.

Healing Messages 1.227 – Constraints
What constrains you?
Why do you not move forward?
What is holding you back and what can you do about it?
I have been up against these questions many times.
I have done all the work, but it is not getting me where I want to be.
I have been faithful and obedient, but I am left out.
I thought I was moving in the right direction, but now that I am here, it is not what I expected.
This is when I release all the chaos and disturbance and disappointment and listen within.
I take my deep breath and calm myself.
An idea comes for a new direction.
An idea comes to be patient.
An idea comes to release my opinion about my engagement and to do something creative for a while.
This has led me to take a new and original approach over and over again.
I cannot change society’s attitude, but I can find people within society to work with.
I cannot follow the rules if they will not let me play, so I make up my own rules and get my project done, anyway.
I have a place and I am here to make a contribution to society and civilisation, no matter what the constraints are.
I will listen within, and I will find a way.

The One Connection That Matters
Healing Messages 1.226 – The One Connection That Matters
Our response to what happens to us defines how we see ourselves.
It connects us to our environment.
It connects us to our life-purpose.
Our response creates meaningful connection.
Inner listening allows input from the Divine.
It opens our connection to Guidance.
Our perspective shifts and we see our experiences in a different light.
This is the one connection that matters.
Or experiences, opinions, experiences and memories take us in an endless circle.
We accumulate, but do not advance.
In order to progress into a higher life, we need to connect to our Higher Power.
Our connection with the Divine, takes us out of judgement.
We release ourself from a judgemental nature.
We refine and purify our connection.
We see everyone without judgement.
We see them as expressions of their higher nature.
This is how we progress and how the world progresses.
We all become more kind and compassionate.
We connect only through through divine perception.

My new community
Healing Messages 1.225 – My new community
I trust how it feels in my new community.
I am drawing together with those who have the same desires and ideals as me.
We have been through many of the same experiences and defined what is important to us.
We are sharing our skills with great joy and compassion.
We are tender and understanding as we teach someone else.
Our hearts feel safe together.
We are secure in how we lift each other up.
We are always worthy to do this work.
We love including those who are drawn to this same attitude.
There is always room for new creative expression.
We encourage innovation.
We celebrate imagination.
We admire the unique solutions which evolve in our community.
We are drawn by the same purpose, to contribute to an uplifting world.
We do this by living an uplifting life.
We observe our thoughts and listen within to uplift them.
This gives us an effective connection to all that we need.
Our community reflects this universal expectation.
It comforts all who join us.

Moving out of abuse
Healing Messages 1.224 – Moving out of abuse
The new life which you build is a result.
Life is lived on a completely different basis when we move out of abuse.
The long-term effects which are displaced result in a completely different network within.
There is a different consciousness of life.
It is not just our relationships to our surroundings which changes.
The inner landscape produces a different life.
Victimization turns to ownership.
Ownership gives us the power to create something completely different.
It puts us on top of our circumstances.
What was done to us pales in comparison to what we can do for ourselves.
My long period of isolation during healing allowed me to rebuild from the inside.
When the job was complete, I was able to move back into society with a different perspective and different power.
My comprehensive, powerful view of life and my abilities is amazing to me.
I have been given a new strength and poise.
I see that in other women who have come through the fires of abuse.
Once they address the wrongs they experienced and heal from them, they live life on a different plane.
There is a quiet determination from within that knows how to draw on divine power.
It is a complete reorientation to life.
Very powerful, very poised.
They take that with them into every endeavour in life as they move forward.

I have been given the infinite
Healing Messages 1.223 – I have been given the infinite
As the result of my long-term healing, I have been given unlimited access to the Infinite.
My daily persistence to find harmony has rewritten my heart’s desire.
The calming influence of inner listening and tiny steps has erased my deep fears.
It has replaced them with trust in the Infinite.
I daily discover resources beyond my greatest imagination.
These appear in the intimate details of getting things done.
There is a harmonious flow.
My persistence is creating new habits.
I gain confidence through the fact that I always have access to the ideas which I need.
I move without desperation.
I am filled with the knowledge that I am known to the Universe Who Cares For Me.
Each day, I acknowledge my new foundation of trust and confidence by listening within.
This releases me from my past experiences, memories and opinions.
It makes room for the new inspiration I am to receive.
It guides my new tiny steps.
It consistently releases me into the Infinite.

A new morning of freedom
Healing Messages 1.222 – A new morning of freedom
I am so grateful for for each beautiful new morning.
I live in uplifting and beautiful surroundings.
New resources continually appear.
I continually acquire new, interesting friendships.
I am living in the light of my new inspiration and peace as a result of long-term healing.
I am so grateful for all the opportunities which keep opening up in the normal flow of inner listening.
My new basis for living in freedom is the communion I receive through inner listening.
It has brought me through every challenge.
It has provided innovative approaches to solving problems and challenges.
As the obstacles which I faced required me to find a new course, I have been guided into new, uplifting and fun invention.
As I step into the new rhythm, instead of frustration, I find new freedom.
What an amazing new life it is.

Unlimited breath
Healing Messages 1.221 – Unlimited breath
My new breath enters my body and takes nutrients where they are needed.
My new breath fills me up in the tiniest of places.
My new breath gives me strength and courage.
My new breath puts me in touch with what I need to know.
My new breath leads me to where I need to be.
My new breath displaces my old habits.
My new breath releases me to soar higher.
My new breath follows each exhale.
My new breath makes me happy.
My new breath always comes to me.
I am never without my new breath.
New ideas come in on each new breath.
I am so blessed and unlimited.

Remain or move
Healing Messages 1.220 – Remain or move
As my new life opens up, it expands beyond where I was.
I remember aspects of the past, but they are not all useful to me now.
Does it lift me up?
Does it provide evidence of healing?
Does it encourage or discourage me?
I only choose what is useful to me now.
The uplifting, healing current that I am on has destroyed the deep pit of despair from my early childhood.
I am free to develop and grow in the ways which feel best and which compel me forward.
It turns out that there are others who join together on this forward-moving journey.
We share our exultation that we are not lost in the past.
Move forward. Jump start yourself into your new, higher life.
Or if you are not ready, and the past continues to overpower the present, move forward when you can.
It is precious, our time here in this form.
We learn more as we continue to move through it all.
Choose what will serve you best.
Remain or move.

When you cannot fix it, release it.
Healing Messages 1.219 – When you cannot fix it, release it.
When, in your anguish, you have tried everything, it is time to release the situation.
There is more healing going on which is not yet visible, and your attention is needed elsewhere.
We are living in an infinite Universe.
We pick up on some ideas, and others pick up on other ideas.
Ideas make sense to people at different times.
When we are brought together, that is because we are living in the same frequency.
While things are not meshing, we are living in different frequencies.
It is a simple fact.
Someone else’s frequency cannot be imposed on us, nor can we carry someone into our world who is not in our frequency.
As we grow, or as we are compelled to grow, we are moved into a new world with its tastes and experiences.
When that is not the experience of others, we have to release ourselves and keep moving.
We receive more compassion, which we share.
We receive more patience, which we share.
We receive more uplifting inspiration, which we share.
Those who can most benefit feel these energies and frequencies and are drawn to them.
Others are taking their many tiny steps along a different path at this time.
We simply cannot include someone who has not taken those steps for themselves.
We must release them.
They are moving in their own time.
